Sarah started The Orchard over 8 years ago and has loved working with the other doctors and getting to know all the wonderful families who have made The Orchard a part of their lives.
Sarah and her family have decided to embark on a new adventure and will be relocating to Cape Town in December 2023.
Dr Cleak will be taking over from Sarah and will ensure that Sarah's patients continue to get the love and care they have come to expect at The Orchard.
